Location/Division Specific Information
The Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) accelerates innovation and improves productivity through process, portable and environmental solutions that take technology from the lab to the line and the field for industrial and safety applications. This role supports the clean energy efforts of the Production Process and Analytics portfolio.
How you will make an impact
This role drives the execution of downstream marketing activities, including campaign and program prioritization. The Marketing Specialist establishes the annual marketing plans and leads the overall efforts to implement the demand generation and lead conversion efforts for the portfolio.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of business ownership, marketing expertise, leadership, and agility, and will inspire with data & metrics!
What you will do
Develop, own, and implement the downstream marketing plan for the assigned portfolio to deliver a robust lead generation funnel.
Lead and guide the development of copy and creative content, appropriately positioning products within branding guidelines, while conveying strong value propositions and concise storytelling. Implement across multiple channels, including social media, web, video, print, and more.
Establish and evaluate key performance metrics and maintain monthly and quarterly metrics reports on marketing activities, efficiency and business impact including demand generation, website and email marketing analytics.
How you will get here
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business (BA) or related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in either downstream or regional marketing, marketing communications, marketing analytics, digital marketing, or similar role.
Expertise working with and analyzing data from SFDC (CRM), PowerBI (data visualization), or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and team builder skills.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong project management, consulting and problem-solving skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and be results oriented in a matrix environment.
Experienced developing scalable, digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Ability to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.
Ability to align growth ambitions, with marketing tactics, budgets, and external vendors.
Proactive, engaged, accountable, with keen attention to detail.
Domestic and International travel 20% or less of the time.
