eCommerce Operations Coordinator

Your Challenge

The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the operational flows related to online orders and stock related to the Webshop. He/she will need to coordinate between different departments to be able to maximize the efficiency of the online customerorder-lifecycle whilst keeping the level of non-moving & unsellable stock levels to an absolute minimum. S/he will need to make sure that operational issues are detected in a proactive way and escalated to the concerned department (ICT, SupplyChain, OMS POs) to find a root cause and solution for the occurred issue. Also s/he will be responsible for the quality of the online stock. S/He will make sure that the quality of the sellable, unsellable and intangible stock is under control. s/He will guarantee that the non-sellable stock (e.g. damages, customer returns, DOA, …) will remain within the acceptable targets. S/He will collaborate with stores and third parties like online auctioneer and ZesGoes to sanitise the stocks. Also s/he will make sure that the stock ageing is at an acceptable level and outdate items are moved out of the assortment.

Online Operations Coordination

Specifically, this position includes the following elements:
  • Ensuring, together with Customer Order Fulfilment Manager, customer delivery promises are being met
  • Analysing major NPS detractors related to inefficient orderflow
  • Monthly cost-monitoring and invoice-control
  • Participating to weekly OPS meeting with the online warehouses
  • Maintaining the internal FAQ page
Online Stock Coordination
  • Report and analyse on online stocks (sellable / unsellable)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Aftersales, Contact center, Customer Experience, Commercial category teams) to improve KPI‘s & stockmanagement
  • Coordinate the unsellable stock cleaning at the online warehouse
  • Collaborate with external partners to improve KPI‘s (eg. Online Auctioners, ZesGoes, ,…)
  • Ensure correctness of damaged stocks in the warehouses.
Your Profile
  • Master in Business Administration, statistics or related discipline required
  • 2 + years of relevant work experience, ideally in retail, Supply Chain or FMCG
  • Deep knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluent in English, and strong knowledge of Dutch or French
  • Highly Analytical and results-driven, Outstanding Organisational skills, Solution & results oriented
  • Proactive character that takes ownership, Hands-on mentality, Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
