As a Finance Partner, you are responsible for partnering with the commercial departments as well as working cross functionally across several layers of the business.

The role needs to understand the market and provide decision support to LOC to deliver the commercial and brand strategies; including optimize allocation of resources and P&L management. Other main areas of expertise are sales forecasting (DRM/Plan), performance management, financial analysis of new product launches, strategic portfolio analysis, resourcing analysis (incl. SG&A), Return on Investment and pricing.

As Finance Partner You Will

Your responsibilities:
  • Partner as a key member of management teams
  • Contribute to business performance with rigorous, evidence-based and analytical decision making
  • Assist resource allocation and investment decision support
  • Identify best source analysis to define business problems and challenge
  • Manage risk management, financial management and governance for the organisation
  • Support Benelux Finance Director in all aspects of their role in delivering the performance targets of the LOC
  • Responsibility for the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet for their customer groups
  • Responsible for the financial planning, forecasting and budget
Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • 5+ years post professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or local equivalent)
  • Finance expertise and seniority to partner with BU head
  • Fluent Communication skills in French and/or Dutch
  • professional knowledge and expertise to modify/develop policies
Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
  • Masters Degree in Finance or MBA
  • Ability to drive performance
  • Ability identify issues/opportunities based on data
  • Experience with matrixed environments
