The global Content Specialist plays a critical role in helping the global brand teams, both commercial and medical in delivering this content and in understanding how effective this content is in addressing customer needs; thereby achieving business objectives.
As part of this transformation, we are looking for individuals who can work well as part of a cross-functional co-creation team and who’s primary focus will be on delivering high quality insight driven content that the global vaccines teams will be providing to the Local Operating Companies.
In order to deliver this, we require content managers ideally with pharmaceutical marketing experience and that know how to think in a Pharma/Medical/B2B customer journey and has explored the world of digital marketing already.
A content creator that agrees that a tone of voice needs to be joyful, to the point and efficient. A storyteller that can intrigue readers’ interest with only a short paragraph and makes them go understand our products, our goal, our ambition helping the world.
Tasks description
• Support global brand teams in preparing content plans to be delivered during the year
• Support global brand teams to co-create engaging content on time, to agreed levels of quality and within budget for local operating companies to adapt and localize
• Integrate content across multiple-channels to create seamless conversation with healthcare professionals and patients during the customer journey
• Ensure content produced meets best practice needs of core digital channels and adheres to the company’s compliance, editorial and style guidelines
• Manage content through global approval process
• Support Vaccines business and Multi-channel marketing team on cross brand digital initiatives
• Ensure content produced has been tested before rollout to the LOCs
• Support brand teams in setting KPIs to assess content effectiveness
• Ensure continuous improvement by consolidating and sharing analytics and looking for opportunities to improve the quality of content
Profile requests
• Understanding of different digital channels and the opportunities they present
• Excellent project management capabilities with ability to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to deliver across internal networks of marketing and medical networks
• Experience of working with external creative agencies
• Experience in assessing and cutting through complex subjects to deliver clear, comprehensive and compelling content
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to improve content quality and effectiveness
• Experience in building Customer Journey/Content Journey
• Experience in eMail Marketing, Storytelling, Web building
• Understand the paramount usage of metrics to validate/support campaign efficiency
Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements
• Graduate with experience in pharma or healthcare digital marketing
• 2 to 5 years of experience in digital agencies, experience in the healthcare or pharma industry is a plus
ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)
• MS Office, Google Digital Certificate is a plus.
Language :
• English – High written and spoken proficiency
• French – Spoken proficiency an advantage but not compulsory
