Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Great Place to Work®coordinator to join a team of 6 people whose services are focused around their state-of-the-art employee experience survey and culture management tool, recognition of great workplaces and providing inspiring content and support for customers.
The job
- Own a portfolio of high-touch clients for whom you serve as a trusted advisor. You place importance on understanding their goals and needs to better service them during the onboarding, advising, training, survey design & data structuring in our online tool.
- Be an expert of all Great Place to Work® products & services. You leverage this expertise to guide your fellow team members, better service your clients & reach our organizational goals.
- Proactively provide updates and relevant information on product changes/updates, GPtW® events/research/recognition programme to your clients and team members.
- Follow up on the GPtW® strategy. Keep track of the financial overview & KPIs, facilitate the monthly strategy meeting with the team, pro-actively improve and develop existing and new procedures, techniques, and methods in line with this strategy.
- Report directly to our GPtW® Business Unit Manager and act as the operational leader by coordinating the team towards reaching their goals in line with the strategy.
- Represent the Belgian GPtW® office during international collaboration meetings, global strategy calls, etc.
- Support in organizing and giving presentations & workshops.
You
- Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
- Love building client relationships in a mainly virtual setting.
- Are comfortable with managing projects and guiding a team.
- Show natural leadership skills to operationally manage a team in a participative way.
- Have strong communication skills in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.
- Are data savvy and feel comfortable advising customers and the team in this.
- Find it important to help our customers to make progress in their own organisation.
- Have a master’s degree and a strong interest in the field of HR Management & Organizational Behaviour.
- Like working in team and are flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
- Can work on campus of your choice (Ghent, Brussels or Leuven) in combination with your home office. Since the GPtW® team is mainly based on our campus in Leuven, you are willing to work on this campus at least 1 or 2 days a week.
