As HRBP you will be in closed contact with the lead links (=business leaders) across Europe to co-create an environment where our people are empowered and feel appreciated. You actively coach and support the employees to stimulate our learning and feedback culture.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- Ensure a great employee experience that makes us the employer of choice. You will be responsible for the full employee experience of your designated circles (=departments) in recruitment, onboarding, career growth, learning, performance cycle, development, employee wellbeing, exit;
- Be a strategic HR advisor for the lead links in your respective circles on various people topics;
- Coach the organisation in our continuous feedback culture and learning culture;
- Support various People and Culture projects to enhance our self and collective leadership culture

- To complement our team we are looking for someone with a solid first experience as HRBP
- You are an empathic listener and great in creating connections
- You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and are able to come with creative solutions
- You are eager to explore our new way of working of self and collective leadership
- As we work in an international company, it’s an absolute must that you are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- You have enhanced digital skills and are a quick starter to work with IT tools

Goodman owns, develops, and manages modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, data centres and business parks in strategic locations around the world. In total, we have a team of around 1.000, located across 5 continents. In Continental Europe we are active in 7 countries, including offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
