Ryanair are recruiting aa HR Specialist in Belgiumto join Europe’s largest airline group!

The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering local expertise on day to day HR matters. As such knowledge of Belgian employment law and best practice HR policies is a must. The candidate will be supported by the HR Function operated from our Group Headquarters in Dublin.

Candidate’s who have previous experience in aviation or a large corporate environment will be highly regarded.

Requirements
  • A primary degree in HR, Business Studies or Law.
  • Minimum 2 Years Human Resources experience in Belgium.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Experience dealing with social partners and local authorities regarding payroll.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of day to day Belgian Law to advise on best practice HR policies.
  • Experience interacting with trade union officials and delegates.
  • Experience with internal committees, Work’s Council and CPPT / CPPW.
  • Monitoring employee absence and turnover to identify trends and deal with same.
  • Liaising, supporting, and advising management at all levels across the business on all HR related matters, ranging from general queries, grievances, disciplinary investigations, and legal case preparation.
  • Maintain HR databases to ensure all files and the HR system is up to date and accurate.
  • Weekly reporting to the HR Manager on all HR activity in your area.
  • Highly motivated, team player with the ability to foster constructive relationships.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
  • Can travel throughout the Ryanair network, as required.
