ROLE

Through a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends and pop culture, the Influence Manager takes an active role in all aspects of an influencer marketing project; create influence concept and strategy, identify influencers, build relationships with influencers, define KPI’s, track performance and analyze results. The Influence Manager understands how influencers can be leveraged to support brand’s online but also offline. They also have an extended knowledge of social media from the features technicalities to the trends emerging on these ever-changing platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage influencer campaigns from inception to completion
    • Develop concepts and strategies
    • Select and collaborate with influencers
    • Oversee campaign execution and monitoring
    • Generate post-campaign reports and analytics
  • Assist the PR & Influence Director with campaign planning and execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social network trends and platform evolutions
  • Stay informed on current social trends and the evolving influencer landscape
    • Develop and maintain expertise in the Belgian influencer market
  • Manage daily communication with influencers
  • Build, maintain, and expand the network of influencer relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members in campaign execution

PROFILE

  • 3-5 years experience in influencer campaign management. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Belgian social media landscape and beyond.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken. Dutch or French proficiency is a big plus.
  • Passionate about the quickly evolving digital and social media environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic team player, curious to grow and learn. Flexible and open to working in an agile environment. Hands-on approach.
  • Eye for innovation and identifying emerging platforms to integrate into influencer strategies.
  • Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
