Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues with desktop computers and printers, and providing help desk support.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support skills
- Fluency in desktop computers troubleshooting.
- Ability to resolve printer support issues.
- Experience in help desk support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, are a plus
- Associate degree in information technology or relevant field.
