We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team!


The Role

Work with the B2B and B2C Marketing Directors on the development and execution of the EMEA marketing plan that supports the objectives of the overarching Radisson Hotel Group marketing strategy; creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns and programmes that build consumer awareness, willingness to book, drive customer acquisition and loyalty of the Radisson Hotel Group Brands in the leisure and business transient and M&E segment.


Work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the Revenue Management, Digital, Content and Brand and Guest Experience teams and external parties (agencies, partners) to develop motivating B2C propositions, seek out partner opportunities and implement brand and tactical marketing activities, in line with the Radisson Hotel Group’s corporate guidelines, strategy, vision, objectives and business plans.

Help coordinate B2B & B2C Marketing initiatives across the EMEA marketing teams, working closely with the Area Marketing Managers.


Planning Activities

  • Collaborates with the Directors B2B and B2C Marketing on the marketing strategy
  • Supports key stakeholders in developing the EMEA marketing plan (which will be fully aligned with the group strategy and business objectives)
  • Supports on the planning and campaign set up of all tactical and brand marketing activities
  • Works with the Area Marketing teams to ensure consistency in the development of local marketing plans and activities.
  • Works to defined KPI’s and appropriate commercial targets for all marketing activities to measure marketing effectiveness, and communicate results to business stakeholders
  • Uses market insight and customer research to help develop plans

Area Support

  • Provides guidance, input and support to the Area Marketing teams on all Marketing matters
  • Helps coordinate all marketing activities, campaigns and initiatives to ensure best practice, efficiency and collaboration.
  • Supports new key hotel openings in alignment with the Areas and ensures visibility on the Radisson Hotels channels

Marketing Communications

  • Works with the Directors of Marketing to develop and execute transient customer promotions and communications effectively and efficiently across all relevant offline and online channels
  • Creates coherent brand messages across all communications and channels
  • Works with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop creative, innovative and effective advertising, collateral, sales tools and online assets
  • Support with the execution of marketing activities for the EMEA MICE, TMC & Consortia strategic partner marketing programmes and reviewing ongoing performance
  • Provides administrative support with managing activities related to Radisson Hotel Group’s key tradeshows
  • Monitors trends in all relevant media to ensure up to date with market knowledge
  • Manages day to day relationships with relevant agencies

Analysis & Research

  • Supports in all ongoing campaign analysis, reviewing promotion and media performance to establish ROI, brand impact and marketing effectiveness, to continuously evolve and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Uses consumer data to determine booking trends and identify opportunities for growth across all segments
  • Works with the Global Insight team and third-party providers on market research projects to support and develop the marketing strategy
  • Keeps up to date of industry trends, initiatives and insight


Brand Websites

  • Provides Marketing support and expertise to the Digital & Content teams for all relevant Brand Web and online platforms.
  • Develops professional and motivating online content for related areas that reflects the tone of voice and positioning of the individual brands

Loyalty and CRM

  • Works closely with the loyalty program owners to leverage databases for campaigns and help implement the loyalty strategy in the EMEA markets
  • Works alongside the CRM team to support on the customer contact strategy for the segment, and helps coordinate the messages for defined target segments
  • Develops and implements activities to grow customer databases

Marketing Partnerships

  • Activates marketing partnerships to help achieve marketing objectives
  • Develops and maintains relationships with any relevant external travel and non-travel partners

Brand & Guest Experience

  • Supports the Brand & Guest Experience team to provide marketing expertise and insight to help define brand products and value propositions
  • Develops marketing messages and activities for brand concepts

Budget Management

  • Provides administrative support for managing marketing funds
  • Accurately tracks and monitors spend, and looks for cost effective solutions at all times

  • Strong marketing experience in a relevant environment

  • Flexibility to travel across the organisation
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Fluent English
