We advise CIO’s and business teams on their technology strategy and enterprise architecture. We look into the business potential of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, NLP, RPA, blockchain, AR, etc. We leverage the value of enterprise knowledge and big data to help clients evolve towards insights driven organisations. We enable the business to move forward by delivering fit-for-purpose enterprise applications and cloud solutions quickly and effectively. Together with IT and business departments, we enable business growth for our top tier clients and create unique experiences for their people and customer base.
What you will do and learn:

• Develop and test databases, data warehouses, data lakes, queries and views, reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Data strategy & roadmap: Drive vision, organise DnA innovation workshops, define business cases and new business capabilities.
• Assess the analytical set-up of an organisation regarding strategy, governance, organization, processes, data and technology, define implementation roadmap
• Work with business stakeholders, team members, and project management to understand requirements, and develop data driven business intelligent reporting.
• Assist an organisation with a vendor selection process.
• Data lake & infrastructure: Independent advisor with partnerships with major Big Data technology providers including Google, Microsoft, AWS and Oracle.
• Data landscape analysis and readiness assessments, cost/benefits and risk assessment, design of Data architectures (platform and infrastructure), Data technology benchmark and selection,
• Data platform prototyping, set-up, configuration, deployment and roll out on premise or in the Cloud, migration of data and applications to Cloud Big Data platforms/infrastructures, implementation and management of data lakes, data centre design and build out.
• Act as an ambassador for PwC when interacting with stakeholders and potential prospects on the market.
  
  

Who you are

• A master in IT (management) or IT technology-related programmes or a master in informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science, (applied) economics or business studies.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as Microsoft Consultant
• Extensive experience developing and deploying reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Experience with Staging Data for the purposes of improved read performance
• Strong expertise in MSBI Stack including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS with advanced T-SQL
• Expertise in tabular and multidimensional queries (DAX, MDX)
• Experience creating BI Solutions and working with Cloud BI tools such as AWS or Azure
• Experience withAzure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, …
• Expertise in SQL Server development including T-SQL programming, KPIs, Data mining, MDS and working with changing dimensions
• Expertise in defining queries for generating drill down and drill through reports in SSRS and PowerBI.
• Experienced in ETL implementation using SSIS
• The ability to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English
• The ability tobuild strong client relationships
• Strong verbal communication skills and you act as a real consultant
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management and time management skills under tight deadlines
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as to lead teas
• Experience with coaching more junior team members
• Microsoft Certifications is strong plus
• Project management certification is a plus (e.g. Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum etc.)
