For a company active in the industry sector and located in the region of Wavre, we are looking for an Office & Facilities Coordinator. As an Office & Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the office management and events organisation-related tasks, while supervising the administrative team.

As Office & Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for:

As An Office & Facilities Coordinator You Will Work From The Office And Support The General Director For The Following Tasks

  • Office Management: facility management, follow-up of billing processes and budget, administrative staff management (fleet management, preparation of the payroll, point of contact for the social secretary), catering, registration of the teams at relevant trainings, follow-up of IT-issues where appropriate, etc.
  • Events organisation
  • Supervision and coordination of the administrative team

The Ideal Profile Of The Office & Facilities Coordinator

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • You have an excellent level of English combined with a very good command of both French and Dutch
  • A perfect command of the MS-Office package (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexibility, discretion and self-motivation
  • Great planning, organisation and reporting skills
