This team brings the family business & SMEs to the next level from defining strategy to supporting transformation. As a senior Data Analytics Consultant, you will be building reporting solutions where you will be responsible for the functional & technical design of the data model, the development of ETL and the implementation of the reporting solution for several customers. Typically, you will operate in 2 to 3 data analytics projects at the same time and you will be able to guide and support younger colleagues in your team.Therefore,

Then you are the Senior Data Analytics Consultant we are looking for to join our Strategy & Performance team!Your journey with usYou will join a dynamic team and will be actively involved in various projects in which you guide private organizations in:

• Design (functional and technical) of the data analytics solutions across all organizational domains (sales, production, logistics, finance, etc.);
• Implementation of data analytics solutions using BI software(s) where you will connect to a database, create a data model using SQL statements, define & develop (complex) measures ,…;
• Coaching of the different types of users/stakeholders and follow up on it to make an sustainable impact;
• Support the roll out of other optimizations in the data analytics solutions (data registration process redesign, organizational redesign, …);

To build the data analytics solutions, we work with market-recognized systems & languages which include (amongst others):

• Microsoft Power BI, Power Query & DAX
• Qlik Sense
• Tableau
• SQL
• Microsoft Azure

We are looking for people who really get energized by always encountering new situations and challenges. Not only by finding qualitative solutions for the client, but also by putting those into practice!Let’s Talk About You

• You have a master’s degree in Management, Applied Economics, Sciences of informatics, Commercial Engineering or similar
• You have at least 4 years of practical experience in defining and implementing data analytics solutions
• You are a team player, providing methodology, best practices and personal/practical guidance on reporting solutions and processes to your (project) team members
• You are customer-oriented and provide the appropriate solutions and methods
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Though not necessary, knowledge of French would be an advantage
