Senior Financial Planning Analyst - EMEA - Based in Zaventem (Hybrid) - €60,000-€65,000 per annum + bonus +benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity for a global successful operation based in Zaventem. Working for this forward thinking, fast paced dynamic multinational you will be reporting to the International FP & A Manager as part of the Finance and Accounting team.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting all the divisions :

Some key duties to be carried out will include the following:

· Regional analysis of Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating expenses

· Proactively working with the stakeholders to ensure meeting financial objectives

· Support the execution of strategic & tactical plans for the region

· Develop and provide country / divisional profitability

· Preparing quarterly forecasts and quarter P & L estimate

· Consolidation of all International numbers

· Assisting senior FP&A manager and director with various business reviews & Finance cycles

What the successful candidate will look like:

3 yrs + of experience in the FP&A analyst field

Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Portuguese and French are highly desirable but not essential

Excellent working knowledge of Hyperion, Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint

Previous work experience in an global international matrix structure developing excellent working relationships across the entire organisation

Experience having in depth knowledge of organizational objectives and analysing data required

Previous experience implementing strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Establishing and working to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
