Our client is a multidisciplinary contracting company engaged in a wide range of activities, including roadworks, earthworks, asbestos removal, civil engineering, data center construction, and asphalting for both public and private sectors.

Functieomschrijving

  • Determining tasks, equipment, and other client requirements based on project specifications.
  • Organizing the site while ensuring the safety of everyone involved, enforcing safety procedures, and holding workers accountable.
  • Managing the workforce, supervising subcontractors and employees, and providing clear, straightforward instructions.
  • Preparing the necessary work plans and site-level instructions.
  • Explaining the technical aspects of the tasks to be completed.
  • Ordering the required equipment to ensure continuous work progress.
  • Setting out dimensions and levels in collaboration with the topography department for efficient and accurate execution.
  • Monitoring the progress of the work according to the prepared specifications and schedule.
  • Checking the quality of completed work.
  • Maintaining daily administrative records.
  • Considering project yields and intervening when necessary.
  • Seeking optimizations and maintaining a commercial mindset.
  • Leading site meetings to discuss ongoing work.
  • Continuously looking for process, system, and method improvements to enhance returns.
  • Reporting to the project leader.
