Job Description

  • Coordinating supply and production activities between subcontractors, internal teams, and customers.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow throughout.
  • To develop new process & standards and to be the actor as the link between all stakeholders involved in each unique project under demanding time constraints.
  • Creating packaging concepts for each new opportunity to support serial deliveries.
  • Lead and Manage the project from Request for Information (RFI)/ prototyping activities to Start of Production (SOP) and coordinate programs in serial phase (depending on program).
  • Co-ordinate and maintain a global overview of materials, ensuring visibility from supplier to customer. Proactively make suggestions and recommendations to improve the service offering to the customer.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure requirements are processed efficiently and meet customer expectations utilizing local QAD systems where appropriate whilst maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Support our purpose of “making the world a better home” and specifically contribute to our target of zero carbon by 2050.
  • To adhere to the company Quality Policy, Health & Safety Procedures and be proactive in reporting or raising issues of either non-compliance or areas for improvement to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

What experience do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level education/work experience) in a Business or Supply Chain / Project Management discipline.
  • Experience facilitating multiple projects simultaneously, in an organized, structured manner
  • Knowledge of Sales & Operational Planning
  • Ability to manage complex and high-volume activities efficiently.
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels within an organization and be comfortable in customer facing situations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • IT literate (advanced Microsoft Office), with proven experience in QAD, MRP background
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience within a Supply Chain and Project Management environment
  • Competent language skills in: English, French
  • Ability to cope well in pressurized environment
