• Deliver an optimised cross-site manufacturing supply plan and manage the sites schedule alignment to this plan in order to maintain the target stock holding for the whole portfolio within the network thus delivering the target service levels of the different BU’s, including:
  • creating infinite capacity plan (week 2 to 16 weeks)
  • creating constrained capacity production plan (except long term scenario modelling)
  • review the constrained detailed line capacity plan from the line schedulers
  • review detailed production scheduling
• Perform 16 week Demand & Supply Control – escalate service / capacity risks on a timely manner
• Provide insights and support to internal stakeholders in supply planning related topics
• Support the innovation agenda of the business unit
  • Provide insight on feasibility & potential capacity, service, cost impacts
  • effectively communicate changes to the scheduling teams, & the supply plan through the appropriate channels.
• Parameter set up & maintenance of all planning tools

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field) or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress. Young graduate / no experience yet? More than welcome!
  • First experience (internship/entry level job) is encouraged!
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
• Fluent in English
