Team Lead support

As a Team Lead Support, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team and ensure that they provide the best customer service. You will need to have a perfect knowledge of products and processes and be able to communicate about them with all your colleagues.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Application Support team.
  • You will hire new members to build the team and ensure they are up and running as quickly as possible.
  • You will supervise and develop the current members of the team. The goal is to create an environment in which they can excel through an approach of encouragement and accountability.
  • You will collect customer feedback about your team and use it to optimize the quality of your team’s day-to-day work.
  • You will work closely with our Support Manager - who will be your direct supervisor - and our Customer Excellence Manager to improve the customer experience.
  • You will analyze numbers and write accurate reports to manage daily workload and improve the way you work.
  • You will manage the processes and the possible improvements that can be made to our services in order to increase the level of satisfaction of our customers.
  • You document common problems.
Your profile:
  • You speak Dutch or French perfectly and have a good foundation in the other language + very good level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active listening
  • You have experience in reporting and performance analysis.
  • You are a leader
  • Your goal should be to make the customer happy.
  • You demonstrate dedication, involvement and ownership. You are a person willing to provide high quality services to their clients, both internally and externally. You prioritize problem solving and then process optimization so that incidents do not recur.
  • You have at least one concrete experience as a team lead.
  • You have experience in telecommunications or IT.
  • Knowledge of Linux, SIP and networking is an added advantage.
