Altissia has an exciting opportunity for a Client Technical Specialist. In this role, you will be part of a global team working on supporting all stakeholders of the company. You will be a valuable member, responsible for ensuring the link between the business and the product team. You will interact efficiently by clearly understanding the business requirements, as well as the products and their technical specificities.

Your Mission

· Supporting the business to understand how products work, both functionally and technically

· Accompanying business stakeholders in implementing technical solutions

· Helping the business to assess clients’ technical needs when negotiating or launching a project

· Collecting and centralizing customers’ and prospects’ needs

· Working closely with Product Owners, to follow up on the evolution of each product, as well as bringing business insights in their conception

· Centralizing and dispatching documentation and information to all stakeholders

· Improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality and performance and ensure customers satisfaction

Your Profile

· At least 2 years’ experience in project management, preferably focused on IT solutions

· Fluent in English and French; a third language (Spanish or Portuguese) is an asset

· Strong interest and understanding of technology

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot, and meet short- and long-term deadlines

· Meticulous and process-oriented

· Problem-solver mindset

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
