Our client has a broad history in the field of digital learning and has been on the fast track ever since their relaunch into the SaaS atmosphere five years ago.

They are a team of almost 90 colleagues where a positive, entrepreneurial, and down-to-earth spirit is the key element to their success.

They’ve won sever HR awards and are planning to win many more thanks to the efforts of their new event manager.

Your role

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing all the external and in-house events both national and international.

As a DIY event manager, you can set-up and host events from start to finish.

This means you:

  • Spot the perfect venue
  • Pick the date
  • Set up a communication plan (online and offline)
  • Manage subscriptions and visitor experience
  • Design the invites, booth, and marketing materials
  • Make sure the events run smoothly and ensure a good follow-up

Your profile?

You have a solid experience in event management and graphic design

You speak fluent Dutch and English

Perseverance, problem solving and a positive mindsetare your key traits
