Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de registratie en opvolging van binnenkomende klachten

Profiel
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma
Je hebt ervaring in customer service
Kennis van exportformaliteiten is een plus
Goede kennis van Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
Je beschikt over een no-nonsense mentaliteit
Je bent service-minded en werkt klantgericht
Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid
Je hebt aandacht voor details en bent nauwkeurig
