Here’s a Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

You will develop a strong results-oriented mindset by being in constant contact with finance and trade marketing for various tasks with independence. You will make strong offers in order to optimize the use of different sales tools and make them more efficient and impactful.

Field Sales Coordinator » (75% of the role):
  • Ensure an efficient communication toward the field sales team and the office management.
  • With the field sales manager you organize and communicate the priorities for the field sales team.
  • You follow and manage the KPI’s to evaluate the performances of the team: follow up and analyses of sales objectives and results thanks to a variation of tools like Excel, Kasper, ….
  • Together with the field sales manager, you follow and manage all the budget resources dedicated to the tools and initiatives putted in place by the field sales force (Overheads & brand building budgets).
  • Conduction of annual negotiations regarding contracts of services requested by Kellogg’s and close follow up of their activities in a way to optimize their efficiency.
  • You spend time on the field to understand the team’s needs and be ready to help them if help is necessary
  • You prepare, coordinate and make analyses for the field same meeting and other specific internal meetings. You also create and update the field sales tools as Teams, Prio sp, sales booklets
  • You keep contact and manage the information’s flow from our partners Panama, HighCo, printers for coupons, ...
  • In collaboration with the field sales manager, you develop the Kasper tool for the team
  • Users management
  • Stores list
  • Extractions for analyses
Facilities Coordinator (25% of the role):
  • Be the link between the office and Car fleet manager
  • Be part of the budget building process
  • You will manage the activities of the reception role. Taking contact with the third-party company for feedback and evaluation. (2x a year)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • You have minimum a bachelor’s degree with experiences in an FMCG role as of Field sales representative, Sales assistant or Trade marketing
  • Very good knowledge of the field sale representative job, his methodologies and animations options in the retail.
  • Abilities to speak and understand French, Dutch and English
  • You are organized, diligent and pay attention to details
  • You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint and their functions
  • You are able to coordinate internal and external contacts
