Aquasystems International NV is a Belgian company, subsidiary of SFA Group with 1000 employees in 27 countries. Aquasystems International NV with its brand Aquaturbo is part of SFA enviro, the new environmental division of the SFA Group with production sites in Halle Belgium, Bregy France and Arkansas, USA.

The company is active worldwide in the manufacture and sale of equipment for the water treatment market (aeration, mixing, foam breaking, decanting etc.). Thanks to unique, patented products and continuous R&D, Aquasystems International NV and SFA enviro have become a major equipment supplier in the world market. Job Description:

After an internal training, your main responsibilities will include:

Finance & accounting

• managing the accounting and finance departments, the administration, the financial institutions and the general services. You will ensure that all legal, administrative and regulatory obligations of the company are met.
• More specifically, you will be responsible for monthly and annual closings, accounting and tax returns, statistics, cash management, outstanding receivables and payables, budget forecasts, management of insurance policies, implementation of control and reporting tools to ensure the reliability of financial data and managerial decision-making.
• Ensure that all legalobligations are fulfilled as your function centralises all the contracts drawn up by the company.

Human Resources

• Manage the human resources (pay slips, social organizations, payroll tax, CSE etc.), the working life (work regulations, start/end of contracts, vacations, sick leave, etc.) and the car fleet, etc.
• Participate in the recruitment process (job descriptions, interviews, etc.)

Management Committee

• actively participate in the steering committee of Aquasystems International NV. as a member of our management team
• Cooperate with the audit control of the SFA group and be the main point of contact of the SFA enviro division.

Requirements:

With a Master degree in management/finance, you have 5 years or more of professional experience in the accounting/management/auditing field.

An experience in an international environment is an asset, you have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.

You have excellent skills in management tools, especially in Excel & Exact Business Software. You are able to advise a Board Committee on financial matters.
