Monthly Workday report + HC reporting + Monthly WD Mass change requests

Monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and quarterly reporting in Blackline

Other periodic reporting

Retrieving, organizing, presenting data from ERPs

Masterdata updates and follow-ups

Prepare reclass and x-charges templates

o Reporting & analysis

committed spend report + tracking x-charges

Latest Thinking process: preparing file and consolidation

Covid19 quarterly x-charges

Update (complex) excel file for year-end goal assessment

o Ad hoc requests

Prepare data

Organize in good structure and order in excel

Prepare powerpoint presentation in high quality (form and substance)

data collection, meeting follow-ups and projects (e.g. Phenix, OTC transfer, Covid reporting)

o Financial Business Plan (FBP)

Prepare excel files, analysis and powerpoint slides

Quality control of the powerpoint slides

Preparation of the BP decks. Setting up the ESLT & ELT visuals in Excel which allows us to dump the data after the submissions and have a smooth process. As an example, this can be related to price-volume analysis, sales, expenses
