TUI Airline Flight Operations is a function within our airline organization responsible for all operating policies documentation, performance tools and flight operations support. The TUI Airline Flight Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.

As Flight Operations Administrator you will acts as point of contact for all administrative and organizational tasks in order to achieve the established objectives and goals of the Flight Operations department. This in accordance with internal and external guidelines.

In this role, you’ll report to the General Manager Flight Operations BE.

What You Will Be Doing
  • You provide a general administrative and organizational service in accordance to the efficient, compliant and effective operation of the Flight Operations department. Hereby you will support the General Manager Flight Operations, who acts as interlink between Flight Operations and other departments.
  • You support the Flight Operations department. This will include the planning, organizing and taking minutes in meetings. But also giving general support in the daily tasks and act as a point of contact for other departments;
  • You support the General Manager Flight Operations by keeping the operational information for the Flight Crew up-to-date and by preparing operational content for publication.
  • You will be responsible for the management of operational paper documents on board.
  • You will train the new Flight Operations Administrators and develop work methods and checklists to improve efficiency of training new Administrators;
  • You work together with the other Administrators in the TUI fly BE Flight Operations team and report directly to the General Manager Flight Operations.

What We Are Looking For
  • You have a bachelor degree (preference for aviation or logistics);
  • You have excellent administrative skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • You are interested and understand the aviation regulatory environment;
  • You are an effective communicator with the proven ability to influence others, develop a strong network of contacts and gain support and commitment from line managers;
  • You think commercially and coordinate across departments;
  • You are self-motivated and an autonomous worker with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively;
  • You are a logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives;
  • You have demonstrable ability to clearly understand concepts and arguments verbally and in written documentation.
