Job Description

A vacancy for a A400M MRO Network A/C Manager (d/m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Brussels, Belgium. The successful applicant will join TASST4 department.


Task & accountabilities :
Applied to the A400M Fleet:

(1) Coordinate C checkMaintenance eventpreparation activities:

  • Set up
  • Cost offer creation
  • Ensure coordination and preparation action tracking
  • Ensure Material and GSE availability
  • Define resource need and intervention planning
  • Confirm resource availability
  • Ensure local logistic


(2) Lead C checkMaintenance eventExecution:

  • Lead local maintenance teams(Make/Buy)
  • Lead work execution in TCQ
  • Interface and report progress to customer and internal organization
  • Lead Technically subcontracted activities
  • Report status
  • Report and mitigate risks


Required skills:

  • University degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Advanced level of English; French is a plus
  • Strong Experience in Aircraft Maintenance
  • Strong Experience in Project/Program Management
  • Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel
