Your role

Our Antitrust Competition and Trade lawyers are widely recognised as operating at the forefront of this practice area advising our clients on all types of competition cases around the world, many of which are cross-border or global.

We advise on the complete range of competition, antitrust, regulatory, and trade issues and have a substantial litigation practice, regularly appearing in the European and national courts on EU law, antitrust/competition and trade cases.

Key responsibilities

§ Advising clients on a range of competition law and commercial issues

§ Drafting/negotiating transaction or other contract documents

§ Drafting submissions to competition authorities and courts

§ Managing transactions

§ Managing client relationships

§ Actively participating in business development and client events

§ Training/managing trainees/junior lawyers

Qualifications


key requirements

We are seeking experienced and qualified lawyers from all over Europe with first rate technical and commercial abilities and relevant experience in antitrust/competition and trade.

Driven to do high quality work, you will be able to contribute to the wider success of the team either through a proactive involvement in business development and knowledge management and by supervising more junior lawyers/trainees. You have excellent communication skills, are able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage challenging workload. You should also be proactive and committed in providing an excellent service to our clients.
