Your Role
As Administration Officer you will be joining the team that takes care of all administrative tasks that come with the Nacora daily operations.Your Responsibilities
- General administration (managing client data, policies, claims, …)
- Finance administration (billing and payment follow-up)
- Support in communication towards customers, insurers, …
- (Simple) claims management
- Handling quotations and insurance requests
- Assisting with the underwriting of the staff’s private insurances
- GDPR/IDD compliancy, protection of personal data
- The above-mentioned tasks are not limitative and can grow depending on your current and future experience.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Finance and Insurance/Office Management, or equal by experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance sector is preferable
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French, bilingual Dutch/French is a plus!)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
- Strong organizational skills, delivering results with an eye for detail
- Team-player with the ability to work independently
- A proactive and positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
