We are looking for an Allround Finance Assistant to join our corporate team. Here are some of your main responsabilities:

Job Duties

Treasury:

Prepare various bank documents, as instructed by manager, related to the opening and closing of bank accounts, the addition or removal of bank products or services and all other documentation related to KYC refreshes for all banks globally.
Navigate legal database to obtain legal entity specific documents to fulfill KYC request requirements.
Obtain appropriate signatures from Sr. Management and Directors and ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to the bank to meet compliance deadlines.
Communication with Notaries to get documents notarized and apostilled where required.
Understand the company organization chart and structure to accurately reply to stock ownership inquiries.
Identify and address any non-compliance issues internally and provide solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline bank compliance processes.
Maintenance of data in the treasury management system.
Cash application for the holding companies.
Reconciliations for and preparation of the interest statements in-house banks.
Back up of the treasury manager in the cash forecasting process.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
