About the Job:

Role: Application tester, NATO Project

Location: Braine-l’Alleud, BE

Must hold current SC /DV or NATO security level

Contract role initially until Dec 24

What we are looking for:

An application tester who will be involved in the support and Improvement along Software Testing of the IKM Tools (NATO Information Portal, Enterprise Document Management System and Tasker Tracker +) and the Project Implementation Tracking Tool instances.

Role Scope:

- Support to the VMWare ESX environment

- Troubleshooting skills and fixing of issues related to the Applications listed above

- Installation & rollout support of IKM Tools

- Support in improving the IKM Tools

- Supporting High availability ADFS capabilities.

- Assist the Service Delivery Managers/Service Area Owner to prepare presentations and demonstrations, related to the IKM Tools and Infrastructure Topics.

- Approved Service Interruptions: Assist the Change Coordinator during the Approved Service Interruption process on the IKM Tools+ related interruptions.

- Reporting: Track test and development tasks, ITSM reports and liaise with the responsible Service Delivery Manager

Skills and experience essential:

- Basic knowledge in maintaining Azure DevOps / Cloud applications

-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate across the teams

- Basic Knowledge in SQL servers and Network technologies

- Basic knowledge on Virtual machines technologies.
