Architect

Synapri have partnered with an IT services and consulting partner in Belgium in their search for an Architect on a 12-month freelance assignment. Our client helps businesses with their digital transformation initiatives.

This specific project will be working directly with one of their end clients that operate within the financial services sector.

Our client are based in Brussels and operate on a hybrid working model. You will need to be able to commute to Brussels 2x per week.

List of generic skills

• Carry out a detailed analysis of the needs and seek with the client adapted solutions by elaborating the architecture and by constantly communicating with multiple partners;

• Provide technical expertise in the development, implementation and improvement of ICT processes, data, applications and services;

• Manage the architecture of the project(s) from start to finish, from business case requirements to acceptance testing and delivery;

• Use models and methods to map architectures and support the design of new systems

• Ensure that projects are consistent with architectural principles and fit into the overall architecture;

• Supporting service managers, network and system administrators to solve their specific and complex problems;

• Monitoring developments in the field in order to optimally seize new opportunities, taking into account the wishes of the organisation;

• Actively participating in the network of architects and organisational structures that ensure the quality of the architecture

• Participate actively in the network of architects and organisational structures that ensure the quality of the architecture.

List of technical skills

• Good knowledge of JAVA application architecture and Springboot;

• Knowledge of data architecture;

• Have a good knowledge of communication techniques between applications;

• Have a very good knowledge of design patterns;

• Be familiar with the creation of UML architecture diagrams;

• Be familiar with Internet application interface design.
