The Restaurant and bar are contemporary and sophisticated, easy going and vibrant. During the day we are a place to meet, relax or work, and in the evenings the bar and restaurant is host to the local social scene. The hotel features a Basque Grill Restaurant & Bar. This gastronomic concept will be created by the 3-star Michelin Chef Eneko Atxa (Azumendi), this will become one of the most relevant gastronomic spots in the city.
At The Radisson Collection Hotel Grand Place Brussels, we are one team and make memorable moments for our guests. Our Bartenders are extremely sophisticated, have unique flare, sparkle and fizz. They are able to engage with guests using their individuality and passion for their craft.
Key Responsibilities of Bartender:
- Greeting guests
- Serve and prepare all cocktails for the dining room
- Pull all wines necessary for guests
- Manage guests seated/standing in the bar area
- Assist guests with food orders
- Manage drink transfers and all financial transactions at the bar
- Provide a timely greeting to all guests
- Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
Requirements:
- Attentiveness and patience for guests
- Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- English needs to be spoken fluently, Spanish would be an advantage
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on nights, weekends, and or holidays
