Business Analyst (Focusing on Business Architecture)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Business Architecture expertise to join a major Belgian organization, located just south of Brussels.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of business processes and the application landscape. You will also play an overarching role across multiple initiatives, ensuring the translation from enterprise architecture to solution architecture in collaboration with enterprise and IT architects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth business analyses to develop validated project charters and requirements.
  • Translate enterprise architecture into solution business architecture, aligned with business milestones.
  • Model and optimize business processes, ensuring stakeholder involvement and validation.
  • Align business requirements with IT Solution Architecture and support project teams in delivery.
  • Monitor and guide business architecture throughout project realization.
  • Coach and share knowledge with colleagues in business, process, and functional analysis.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as Business Analyst or Business Architect in complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of business architecture, business processes, requirements analysis, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Dutch fluency is a must.
