The mission involves ensuring business analysis activities within the Product "Procurement." You will be home-based among other SAP consultants and operate daily as a team member in a multi-disciplinary product team led by a product owner.

The objectives of this product are the configuration and maintenance of the Procurement-related tools: SAP MM and SAP SRM.

The service includes the following tasks:

  • Providing second-line support for the procurement team, including Approval flows/Workflows in Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
  • Identifying and analyzing system bugs and proposing corrective solutions
  • Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements
  • Validating technical specifications for optimal IT solutions
  • Developing test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes
  • Preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions with the business
  • Participating in the Corporate Business Analyst chapter to harmonize and improve business analyst methodology
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve business processes and modules related to Material Management and other Procurement domains
  • Consulting with the product owner and stakeholders to plan and prioritize further development and maintenance of the product
  • Working with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analyzing, describing, and validating business requirements, including modeling processes and information
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration with other relevant departments, considering the end-to-end procurement process and the best possible outcomes aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP MM is essential
  • Experience in SAP SRM, Ariba, BI, and S4/HANA is a plus
  • Experience in P2P processes is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT business analyst
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of Jira is a plus
  • Knowledge of BPMN and UML
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, or German at level C1
  • Proficiency in English at level C1
