As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking for anBusiness Developer - Energyto join our team. In this role, you will work on defining and implementing pricing strategies for our energy related products and services. You will take the lead in defining and executing our energy sales strategies and in engaging with our customers to promote our energy services. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to the transition to a low carbon organisation, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.

Here Is What This Opportunity Entails

  • Define pricing and operating model for energy related products and services
  • Based on the analysis of energy consumption and production of our sites, identify areas for improvement and effective solutions
  • Secure and manage (dynamic) energy contracts and increase energy flows controlled by Goodman
  • Together with our local teams, be in close discussion with our customers to understand their needs and commercialise our energy products and services (PV, EV, power, etc.)
  • Monitor the European energy markets, identify emerging trends, and seize opportunities for growth
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and educate our teams on energy related topic

Do you see yourself in this role? We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • Experience in the energy market, with a deep understanding of energy pricing, market dynamics and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with energy providers and clients
  • Understanding of different structures of energy contracts, when they are applied and how they are negotiated
  • Proven track record of successful energy procurement and negotiating buyer and seller side PPAs
  • Negotiation skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment where collective leadership and individual accountability drive success
