Job Description


THE POSITION

As Cash Office Responsible at Monki, you will take on an important support function in your store’s management team. You will handle the responsibility for cash office and security routines, administrative needs as well as train your colleagues in cash point procedures and shop routines, in addition to giving excellent customer service the Monki way.


Qualifications


YOU

In order to fill this position in the best way, we rely on your documented experience of great salesmanship, your friendly nature and ability to plan, organise and show drive and initiative in a key role. (The position requires structure, attention to details and consistent following up of routines). As a salesperson, you’re naturally good at interacting with people and handling each customer encounter in a professional, friendly way that promotes Monki’s values and brand. You have pedagogic skills: you are good at teaching others how to do something, motivating them and explaining why. You use feedback as a development tool. Working in a fast paced environment suits you.
