We are currently looking for their Chief Financial Officer(F/M) whom will be responsible to develop the finance strategy within the whole company.

The purpose of the role will be to organise, coordinate and control financial activities for the European part of the company in order to ensure that all these companies comply with financial laws; consolidate & report to the Corporation; follow decisions provided by HQ.

Provide economic analyses, studies, and counsel on all matters of potentially significant financial impact to the company, including economic/competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, product line evaluation, and capital additions. Develops long-range budgets and other projective guidelines and measures.

Your main responsibilities will be divided in three main subjects :

Strategy management

Analyze and report external economic trends, including effects of government legislation, and appraises financial effect on the company.

Prepare long-term profit/loss forecasts to facilitate management decisions

Evaluate and provide recommendations for pricing practices, and reviews significant pricing decisions for economic soundness.

Control, integrate and analyse financial results to provide figures to all departments and to the executive committee

Strategy Deployment

Formulate, provide advice on, and assure effective implementation of policy, practices, procedures, and systems in the areas of credit, statements, consolidation, and financial planning.

People Management

Team management & coaching of colleagues to help them grow, develop their skills & work autonomously. Define the best organization (roles & responsibilities of team members) to ensure quality of work, satisfaction of internal clients & achievement of objectives.

Your profile:
You must be an experienced CFO who can demonstrate their commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth through strategy.

You must have a track record of working in an industrial environment

You will have contributed to strategy development and bring a strong understanding of how culture drives performance

You will have worked with an International Board

You have strong competencies and understand relevant European legislation and practice around accounting, finance, and taxation…

You will have built and lead a successful and engaged finance and admin team

You speak fluently French and English. Any other languages, will be considered as a strong asset
