Role Description

As a fractional CFO, you will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategies of multiple client companies simultaneously. This position requires a versatile financial leader who can effectively manage diverse challenges and opportunities within different organizational contexts. This role provides a 360-degree overview of the financial landscape, encompassing all facets from accounting and controlling to strategic initiatives like fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive financial strategies and planning for multiple client companies.
• Lead efforts in accounting, financial controlling, forecasting, internal project financial management, and bank relationship management.
• Provide executive leadership and direction in all aspects of financial management, including liquidity management, investments, and risk management.
• Actively manage and mentor a growing team of three full-time financial professionals.
• Ensure robust financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Spearhead fundraising efforts and manage financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional activities.
• Engage with key stakeholders across client organizations to ensure financial and strategic goals are met.
• Implement cutting-edge financial technology and processes to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in transaction services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with comprehensive financial management.
• Prior experience in fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
