We are looking for several Infrastructure Architects to join us as being part of the IT Infrastructure Team. For each position we are looking for different areas of expertise to be able to cover the entire scope of IT Infrastructure.

The IT Infrastructure team supports the Group Service Centers and National Service Centers within Eurofins.

This covers approx. 4,000 end users and more than 60 sites across the world. We are building the infrastructure for this, but also the support team.

As part of the IT Infrastructure team you will support and execute strategic and transformational initiatives, such as segregation execution program, implementation and design of the different segregated zones, support and design the segregation of different in scope solutions.

Your specific assignments will be connected with designing and creating newly defined segregated infrastructure zones within Eurofins. Working together with the solutions teams on the solutions designs for the different Application Availability Groups and supporting the application migration activities into the new zones will be crucial.

You main activities will include, but will not be limited to designing and deploying architecture systems and managing the provided IT services. You will be acting as Service Owner and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery. Moreover, delivering quality documentations (procedures, policies, high- and low-level designs) will also be a crucial part of your job. What we think you’ll enjoy, is acting as a mentor towards the technical team members, supporting their operational activities.

You are our new team member, if you have several years of experience in infrastructure support and architecture design. Practical and hands-on experience in infrastructure areas including network architecture, Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, virtualization platforms including VMware, Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), Identity Management, data replication technologies, event monitoring and configuration management tools - that’s what you can utilize on a daily basis. We will strongly appreciate your experience with key hyperscalers such as Azure or AWS.
