As Compliance Advisor you will be part of the Global Compliance Department that provides guidance and advice on the full range of compliance topics.

In this role you assist the Compliance Management team in protecting the reputation and integrity of the company in terms of Conduct, Customs & Trade and Product Compliance to sustain the success of TVH.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You assist in the implementation, evaluation and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures;
  • You provide advice and responses to internal and external stakeholders of the TVH Compliance policies and standard operating procedures;
  • You are considered a point of contact for compliance questions and issues and provide clarity on the TVH Compliance policies and procedures;
  • You identify Compliance development needs among the TVH members and assist in training and teaching of the TVH staff;
  • You perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as keeping records and processing paperwork ;
  • You assist in the development of policies, procedures, tools and working practices to increase the overall efficiency of the Compliance department.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;
  • Experience in a compliance environment or regulatory affairs function is considered a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French;
  • Strong analytical skills with a critical mindset;
  • A drive to continuously improve and high ethical standards;
  • Proactive personality and flexible towards change.
