Job Description
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms relevant to our audience.
- Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and drive discussions to enhance community interaction.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of belonging and engagement within our online community by actively participating in discussions, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with community members, influencers, and partners to create mutually beneficial initiatives.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging and informative content, including blog articles, infographics, videos, webinars, and more.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging topics, and integrate these insights into content planning.
- Integration of articles in the CMS, sending newsletters via our mass mailing platform.
- SEO-friendly copywriting
- Translation of content in French and Dutch
The Successful Applicant
The successful Content & Social media Officer has the following profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Passion for creating engaging and meaningful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving trends.
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch and French
