What you’ll do ad contract management officer :

As Contract Management Operator, you and your 8 colleagues are responsible for the entire contract management. You guarantee a qualitative and punctual treatment of requests to amend contracts during their term (change of parameters, addition/withdrawal of services and accessories) and the conclusion of contracts.

You will ensure that all administrative steps for the files allocated to you are correctly processed. You have regular telephone contact with our customers and dealers and of course with your colleagues from other ALD departments. You collect the information necessary for the adjustment and termination of contracts. You will also be able to improve the process quality and further optimise the systems. We give you the space to put your ideas into practice.

Your profile :

• You have a bachelor degree and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are analytically and numerically minded, have strong thinking and reasoning skills and are able to optimise existing processes.
• You love administration and are organised and manage your priorities.
• You work equally well independently as in a team.
• You can deal with deadlines and like a steady work pace.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, all spoken and written.
