You will work for an international company which specializes in Human Resources and Contract Management in Diegem as a Contract Manager.

As a contract manager you will work together with a team of 4 colleagues. Together you are responsible for taking the burden off the Professionals in the field of contract management. You ensure compliance with the contracts of the flexible hiring.

On a daily basis you will perform the following tasks:

  • Taking care of and drawing upcontracts and files
  • Registering and approving of Professionals’ workhours
  • Being the first point of contact for the clients and suppliers
  • Arranging invoiceflows

Who are we looking for?

  • You can look back onat least 2 years of work experiencein the same field preferably within an international environment
  • You work in a very structured way and you have good administrative skills
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • You like to handle complex contractsand this does not put you off
  • You are looking forward to do this work for a longer period
  • You can cope well with a high workload
