Kipling Marketing EMEA is looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Team based in Antwerp, Belgium. We combine functionality with effortless style to create timeless and versatile on-the-go essentials that follow you everywhere, every day.From the city to the beach; the playground to the office – and everywhere in between!So, let’s talk about the role!As the Marketing Coordinator of the EMEA region’s rollout, you’ll report to the Manager, Marketing Operations Kipling (EMEA) and help driving the brand visibility and awareness in a 360 way ensuring the right content is on the right channel at the right time.Your job will be to co-create the seasonal brand calendar and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired brand results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the campaign organization and timelines.You’ll play a crucial role in briefing our designer on regional asset creation and you ensure internal teams are implementing the campaigns on time according to the brand brief and brand toolkits.Your skills in project organization and communication are second-to-none and you love working on multiple projects and helping your teammates bring structure and clarity on plans and projects.What you’ll do:Support the planning and implementation for all marketing and communication campaigns for European markets with solid project management skills:In this role you will be:- Overseeing and coordinating all EMEA projects, timings, creatives and technical aspects of the planning.
- Briefing the creative team and follow every step from ideation to delivery, prioritising incoming marketing requests and tracking team risks or impediments.
- Guiding content projects from initial request to content creation and approval processes.
- Working with our marketing leads to define the content project scope, objectives and the deliverables.
- Setting and maintaining stakeholder expectations on scope and timeline; building a collaborative and constructive seasonal calendar for all stakeholders (operations, e-commerce, crm, digital media, pr etc)
- Tracking and reporting status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis.
