Oliver James is looking for a Dutch Customer Service Specialist! Do you speak Dutch and English and you are passionate about financial and banking world? One that successfully adapted over time and never set aside its strongly Employee-friendly corporate policy.About The JobAs a Customer Service Officer you will be part of a big family offering you all the keys to be successful in all your daily challenges. You will be the customer’s first point of contact and you will be in frequent contact with business clients and other departments with as main task to support and carry out various tasks such as:
  • Preparation of credit contracts and securities.
  • Processing credit and collateral data in the files.
  • Answering and resolving customer queries and problems (from A to Z)
  • Direct client contact and liaise with commercial staff as part of smooth client service via mail and phone.
  • Participate in improvement teams or develop own initiatives for the customer and together with the customer.

  • You have completed a degree in higher education or have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You speak fluently Dutch and English.
  • You are empathic and customer-oriented.
  • You are eager to learn, well organised, analytical and proactive.
  • You are flexible and you can easily adapt to different situations.
  • You have well-developed problem-solving skills and know how to set the right priorities.
  • You are persistent and work efficiently with others to solve problems.
