As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be in charge of making sure our customers are satisfied with our services. You’ll work closely with them, providing support and solutions to any challenges they face. And you’ll be the bridge between our sales and technical teams, helping to identify opportunities for growth.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers on every level, till Cxx
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns
  • Providing ongoing support and training/demos to customers
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer data to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Creating and implementing customer success plans
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch native, French professional proficiency, and English is bonus points!
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Atlassian, monday.com, or any other service we propose is a big plus!
