Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usYou will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes with a high focus on data analytics in line with current and future strategic objectives with respect to our International Business Travel program and Event Operations activities. You will be working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. By means of a continuous innovative mind-set, you will enhance the value and impact of our processes to support our different business units.With a passion for data analytics, you will:

• Contribute to a wide range of data analytical activities (e.g. to support audits, case studies, …).
• Understand and interpret patterns of Deloitte Belgium’s International travel program, its expense and CO2 emission results. Make suggestions for process improvement based on data driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities according to business needs and market trends, contribute to related initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for initiating projects in the respective domains, contribute and monitor progress, and ensure successful completion in collaboration with the project team-members.
• Report performance, results and improvement initiatives to a variety of Deloitte stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize your activities independently.

From a day-to-day operational perspective, you will:

• Act as SPOC for the Deloitte Belgium International travellers and external respective stakeholders.
• Keep track of policy integrations from our International travel operating partners (optimal end-to-end content in the online booking tool, correct pricing, data workflows, etc.). Identify non-compliance and jointly amend to the desired results.
• Contribute to various communication and collaborative initiatives towards Deloitte target audiences.
• Coordinate travel group bookings with Deloitte’s organizers.

Let’s Talk About You

• You obtained a Bachelor/Master Degree with a first relevant experience.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch or French.
• You have a dynamic and proactive attitude, someone who looks into ‘getting things done’ and takes pride in their work.
• You master the following competencies:
• Strong organising and analytical skills combined with a problem-solving mind-set.
• Data-driven and critical thinking.
• Reliable, flexible and detail oriented.
• Persuasive story building skills towards different target audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional and adaptive communication style to build own credibility within the organization.
• Effective time management.
• Stress-resistant and multitasking skills.
• Experience in International business travel is an advantage.
• You have sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially excellent skills using Excel, and you are preferably acquainted with database management tools (e.g. SAP) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g. Qlik Sense).
