Description

  • Data protection and/or IT     (including negotiating and drafting technology transfer and licensing agreements, co-development agreements, partnerships and collaborations, outsourcing and IT service agreements, software development, etc.)
  • Advising on all issues related to GDPR
  • Privacy and data protection: you guide clients through this complex matter and show them how to use it to their advantage
  • You will also help clients develop solid IT and data protection strategies

Profiles

  • You have at least5 years of experience in Data Protection law
  • You are Dutch speaking, with excellent knowledge of English
