As a Dutch-speaking professional in Greece, you will have the chance to work in a vibrant and diverse environment, providing support and services to Dutch-speaking customers or clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers or clients
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package
