The Role

Job description / Mission

Within business area Power Technique, we use applications for supporting the business worldwide. These applications cover areas such as eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, Marketing automation.

This position is to extend the capacity of the current team with a dedicated team member with focus on E-Integration.

As a E-Integration Project Coordinator, you will:

• be the liaison between our integration partners and our customers with a focus on our customer centers globally when it comes to the EDI, E-Invoicing and Open Catalogue Integrations. This between our customers ERP systems, our SAP ERP and our SAP Cloud for Commerce Web shop.
• work together with the different divisions to define standards and ambitions on when and how we want to integrate with (new) customers or suppliers
• ensure a smooth process is put in place for any future requests on e-Integration, while making sure the different stakeholders (customer center, customer organizations, 3rd parties)
• interact very efficiently by clearly understanding the integration requirements and understand the technicalities to secure these integrations are setup according to the market standard and adhering to local countries legal regulations to secure compliance.
• report to the business and IT organization the status of the integrations and progress of his/her work in a transparent way.

The E-Integration Project Coordinator will report to the Portfolio Manager Customer Center and Client facing applications in the Power Technique IT team.

Who are we?

We are PT-IT (Power Technique - Information Technology), which delivers services to the Power Technique (PT) business area of Atlas Copco and its divisions around the world. The department operates from the Power Technique (PT) headquarters located in Antwerp, Belgium. PT-IT was founded in 2016 and employs about +20 people internally together with consultants and the shared IT Services organization to support our entities all over the world.

What we expect of you?

Skills & Experience
For this position we rely on your relevant experience in project management focused on E-Integration (EDI, E-Invoicing) in the SAP ERP and SAP CX suite. Specific requirements for this position:

• You have extensive experience with E-Integration (eg EDI, E-Invoicing, E-Order, Open Catalogue Integrations, ..) and are able to connect the dots for complex solutions
• You always keep overview on the outstanding requests
• You are able to capture needs of the customer and customer centers and guide/advice the implementation teams and/or service provider.
• You are strong evangelist, fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, internally and externally, at all levels.
• You are familiar with the key processes involved: Purchase To Pay, Order To Cash
• You have a strong interest in the improvement and automation of these processes and working methods and the documentation of such

Furthermore, following qualities are considered as an asset:

• Experience in working in a large international company.
• Project management experience

• You are constantly looking on how to improve, simplify and standardize the E-Integration landscape, to ease management, operations and optimize Total Cost of Ownership

• You are enthusiastic, proactive and passionate, but you still work systematically, accurately and are focusing on delivered quality and results.
• You have a constant drive for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• You are inquisitive and eager to learn.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

You have sufficient knowledge of marketing and/or IT, either through formal education (professional or academic university degree) or a relevant practical working experience.
